The Villa is fully furnished which includes several TV s a fully functional Kitchen with refrigerator oven and all other typical cooking utensils. The big rectangular shaped swimming pool features sunbathing sunbeds. Aircons are installed in all necessary location.

The Rooms are fully furnished the living room has a large U-shaped couch, and direct access to the balcony and pool. The 2 story Villa has 3 Bathrooms and 4 Bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 single beds. The villa is designed for up to 8 people. The rooms are spacious and rich of natural sunlight do to the windows in each room. The overall area of the villa is 310 sqm.

Outside

The rich Greek nature gives the villa a natural ambience. Surrounded by trees and the most of the time clear sky, gives an overall calming atmosphere. From the villa you can directly see the Ocean. The whole area including private parking is 1550 sqm.
